At Lamsa Soaps, all our soaps are handcrafted with care and love. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Because our soaps are handmade and personal-care products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.


1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on soaps or other skincare products once they have been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


2. Refunds & Replacements

If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement (e.g., arrived damaged or wrong product), please email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • We will contact you with a resolution. 

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please place a new order after your refund or replacement is processed.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll assist in tracking it down and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
