1. Processing Time

All soaps are made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • During peak seasons or large restocks, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed via email.

Custom or pre-order items may require additional curing time; estimated ship dates will be noted in the product description.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within [your country] and offer international shipping to select regions.

  • Domestic shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • International shipping: May take 10-15 Days, depending on customs and carrier timelines.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
